Software Engineering & Development

State Street Bank and Trust Company in Boston, MA is seeking a Technical Team Lead for onshore and offshore teams. In this role, you will build interfaces to support evolving and new applications, integrate new data sources, and use modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Java based web applications and PL/SQL components
  • Implement modern web design principles ensuring browser portability and device independence
  • Utilize agile practices such as test-driven development, CI, and CD
  • Integrate AWS Cloud services including EC2, Docker/Kubernetes, and Lambda
  • Promote best practices, mentor junior team members, and actively participate in code reviews

Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • At least 8 years in full stack end-to-end development
  • Experienced in Java 8+/JEE, Microservices, Spring frameworks, and Hibernate/JPA
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like ReactJS and ETL tools such as Informatica
  • Solid experience with AWS Cloud services and DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket
