Overview
The Head of Business Development Europe role at State Street is responsible for overseeing the Fund Connect European business. Reporting to the Head of Fund Connect EMEA, this general management role involves business strategy, product management, third party partnerships, sales, implementation, and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding and revenue delivery.
- Lead sales processes and product demonstrations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence.
- Develop strategic product positioning and sales collateral.
- Oversee local performance management, risk rating, and service controls.

Education and Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in a related field with FCA certification.
- BS/BA with 7+ years in financial services product leadership.
- Experience with exchange traded funds and global financial markets.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
Additional Information
Travel up to 25% is required. Knowledge of an additional European language is considered a plus. This role is part of State Street Global Markets (SSGM) which focuses on innovative portfolio strategies and client service.
