Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Solution Architect & Developer with extensive experience driving innovative technology solutions and leading complex projects across diverse domains such as Investment Banking, Global Market Data, Securities Finance, and Foreign Exchange. The ideal candidate will bridge business visions with a pragmatic approach and cutting-edge open-source technology to deliver scalable, low latency, high performance, cloud-native, and secured enterprise solutions.
Proven expertise is required in designing and implementing end-to-end system architectures, optimizing system integrations, and skilled in hybrid cloud computing and digital transformation initiatives within Investment Banking (Front/Middle/Back-office applications). This role supports a hybrid work model, balancing remote and office work.
As Full Stack Solution Architect You Will
- Provide multiple concurrent project governance, planning, and budgeting.
- Implement governance and controls processes for intake, prioritization, and effective status communication.
- Collaborate with various technology and project teams, including business application development, corporate enterprise architecture, and infrastructure support.
- Implement processes for the creation and maintenance of business application platform lifecycle roadmaps as part of the governance process.
These Skills Will Help You Succeed In This Role
- Microservice/RESTful API based application development using full-stacks like Spring Boot and MERN.
- AWS / Azure / GCP Public Cloud implementation, from infra provisioning to app deployment and observability.
- Low latency computing system design & implementation.
- Event-driven system design & implementation.
- Working knowledge of Agile / Kanban SDLC methodologies and roles.
- At least 2 years of BFSI domain experience.
Good To Have
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot.
- Big Data analytics with Databricks / Snowflake / Hadoop.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and 5 or more years of work experience in related roles.
- Extensive experience with Java, Python, React, JQuery, Node.JS, Spark, Spring Frameworks, Kafka, MQ, PLSQL, API, etc.
- Agile/Kanban methodology training and experience.
- Proficiency with planning tools such as MS Project, Excel, and PPT.
