- Set, enforce, and continuously improve governance standards for documentation quality, recertification cycles, version control, and change management across process maps, SOPs, and controlled documents.
- Provide oversight to ensure that process maps, SOPs, supporting procedures, risks, and controls are tightly aligned, accurate, and audit‑ready at all times.
- Oversee SOP and supporting procedure reviews within the central procedure inventory, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, regulatory expectations, and documentation best practices.
- Manage delivery against annual and multi‑year BPM roadmaps, balancing BAU recertification requirements with strategic transformation initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing BPM and procedure review team, building strong execution discipline, ownership, and quality mindset.
- Facilitate senior‑level stakeholder workshops to drive ownership, adoption, and sustained use of BPM standards and documentation as core management tools.
- Sponsor and lead innovation initiatives to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and scalability of BPM and documentation outcomes.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in BPM, process mapping, SOP governance, or operational risk.
- Strong hands-on experience with ARIS, BPMN, and regulated financial services environments.
