About the Role
The Markets Operations VP Product Manager leads the Operations Excellence group, managing client onboarding lifecycle events to deliver value for business, customers and end users. This role requires extensive knowledge in Financial or Asset Services and Capital Markets products, working closely with business teams, Technology, Business Risk Management, and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects with scope, timelines, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: technology, client success, risk, operations.
- Create business process flows and define solutions.
- Gather and document business requirements, analyzing KPIs and KRIs.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and special initiatives.
- Communicate status updates to senior management.

Educational & Preferred Qualifications
10+ years’ experience in Financial or Asset Services in project/program management. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology or equivalent. Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile-Scrum, Six Sigma, Lean, or Change Management are a plus.
