Office Specialist II - Utah Department of Corrections
The Utah Department of Corrections, Utah State Correctional Facility in Salt Lake is looking for an individual who is highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and exceptional interpersonal skills to fill an Office Specialist II entry-level position.
Principal Duties
Provide Administrative Support and Assistance to Warehouse Staff at a correctional facility. This includes preparing and processing documents, data entry, originating and editing confidential reports, multitasking, prioritizing workflow, greeting staff and vendors, answering questions, answering the phone, pulling warehouse orders, generating and printing daily warehouse orders, receiving products into the warehouse and entering them into the system, and assisting with inventory in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Providing warehouse support, including answering telephones, responding to emails, inventory control, taking orders, processing receiving into the warehouse and outgoing orders.
- Participates in mandatory training and meetings.
- Data entry, reports, documents and/or other written materials.
- Understands and keeps up to date on policies and procedures.
- Maintains a warehouse inventory.
- Assists Warehouse staff with administrative tasks as assigned.
