MS Analyst II

Overview

The MS Analyst II at the State of Florida is a career service position within the Highway Safety and Motor Vehicle agency. This role works in the Bureau of Motorist Services Support, Quality Assurance Program to ensure accuracy and compliance in driver license and motor vehicle issuance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced reviews of non-compliant transactions
• Generate complex written and statistical reports
• Ensure compliance with Motorist Services program standards
• Support partnerships with Tax Collectors and other agencies
• Utilize systems like ORION, FDLIS, FRVIS, DAVID, and SAVE

Qualifications & Skills

Candidates must have strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency with MS Office—especially Excel—and the ability to manage multiple assignments independently. Excellent communication, data collection, analysis, report writing skills, and a demonstrated ability to apply relevant rules and protocols are essential.
