Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Fire Sprinkler Salesperson to drive sales and business development. This role combines office and field work, engaging directly with clients, generating new business, and managing the sales process from lead generation to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installations of fire alarm systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, property managers, and key decision-makers
- Generate leads, prepare accurate quotes, and follow up to close sales
- Provide expert guidance on system requirements and fire protection regulations
- Collaborate with project managers and technicians for seamless service delivery
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market developments
- Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fire protection sales, fire alarm systems, or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire protection regulations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel as needed
