Position Details
The EMR EHR Software Analyst plays a critical role as a technical consultant and Tier 2 escalation point for the organization’s EMR system. You will be responsible for issue tracking, managing finance and program configurations, coordinating system upgrades, testing new developments, ensuring system stability, managing security protocols, and configuring staff profiles and billing setups.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive issue tracking and system upgrades.
- Develop complex forms and update EMR system configurations.
- Test new developments and review software release notes.
- Manage security, staff profile setups and billing configurations.
- Coordinate operational meetings and spearhead training initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience as a System Administrator in EMR software. Minimum three years of hands-on experience, technical end-user support background, and familiarity with QA and SDLC.
Certifications
Completion of the myEvolv System Administrator Certification within one year of hire or three years direct experience with the myEvolv EMR application.
Work Schedule & Benefits
This remote position (California residence preferred) typically follows a Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST schedule, with additional hours as needed for urgent technical needs.
