About the role
Team Member
Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Centers are seeking outgoing, energetic personalities to join our team! As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing an exciting, entertaining, and safe playing environment for all guests. Whether it's our arcade with laser tag and over 70 games, our 20+ bowling lanes, or our full restaurant and bar, there's always something to do. We are looking for individuals with an outgoing personality, a willingness to learn, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. We will provide all necessary training.
What we’re looking for:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- High energy and outgoing personality are a must.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well as a team and contribute to other departments when needed.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Essential Duties:
- Act as an ambassador of FUN!
- Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude and make new people feel welcome.
- Partner with other team members and managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
- Assist guests with any questions or needs.
