Job Description
Account Executive - Gaming
StarHunter is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business and revenue growth. This role focuses on owning the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while building strong relationships with customers and acting as a trusted advisor. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client goals and maximize impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing
- Identify and engage potential clients across relevant industries, with a focus on gaming / digital products
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
- Lead discovery conversations to deeply understand customer needs, challenges, and goals
- Present tailored solutions and clearly articulate value propositions
- Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and delivery teams to align on customer needs
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals efficiently
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, driving expansion, upsell, and retention opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, gaming, adtech, or digital products
- Proven track record of closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience managing full-cycle sales processes independently
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand complex customer needs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong ownership, drive, and results-oriented mindset
