Starbucks is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support executive-level leaders in the Southeast Region. This role is crucial for ensuring leaders and their teams are supported to do their best work by leveraging strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high customer service, interpersonal savvy, and efficiency to support executive-level leaders.
  • Offer leadership influence and support to leaders, partners, and the peer admin support team to improve productivity, communication, and morale.
  • Schedule executive domestic and international travel, ensuring compliance with policies and proactively addressing all logistical aspects such as currency, weather, culture, and locale to maximize executive time.
  • Collaborate with the PRO admin community to organize, host, and facilitate team and cross-functional meetings, conferences, and department activities.
  • Support departmental hiring managers with resources for new partner onboarding.
