Role Overview

The Operations Services Manager - Latin America & Caribbean provides direct line operations support to strategic international markets. This role ensures relevancy of global programs and initiatives based on local consumer and regulatory requirements at the region and market level.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage testing and implementation for product, program, and system initiatives across multiple work streams.
  • Develop plans, support execution, and monitor results.
  • Ensure programs and systems are defined, established, maintained, and reported to enable strategic resource allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with International Retail Operations to adapt global initiatives.
  • Provide data, recommendations, and progress reports to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor projects and schedules, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Support operations and cultural activities related to new market openings and integrations.
  • Coach, direct, and provide leadership support to international operations teams.
