Generative AI Python Engineer

The Opportunity

We are looking for a strong Generative AI Python Engineer who wants to go beyond classical backend development and step into the world of AI-native systems and Generative AI architectures.

You will work on real client engagements across industries, helping enterprises transform how they operate using Large Language Models, AI agents, retrieval systems, and intelligent automation.

This is engineering-first, production-focused, system-level AI development.

You will contribute to AI-native enterprise platforms, generative AI Proofs of Concept (POCs) and MVPs, agent-based systems and workflow orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, enterprise AI integrations (CRM, ERP, document systems, knowledge bases), internal AI accelerators and reusable frameworks, and intelligent automation and workflow transformation.

You will work at the intersection of backend engineering, data engineering, applied generative AI, LLM orchestration and cloud-native architecture.

If you do not have hands-on experience in Generative AI yet - that is fine. What matters is strong engineering fundamentals and genuine curiosity.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Python with experience building production backend systems (5+ years)
• Good understanding of software architecture principles
• Hands-on experience working with services of at least one cloud provider (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• You are comfortable going beyond pure engineering - you can contribute to product thinking, consulting discussions, and solution ideation;
• You are particularly interested in emerging AI technologies, LLMs, and generative AI, and follow new developments in the field;
• You understand how business value can be generated through AI technologies and can articulate this clearly;
• You enjoy communication and can effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• You are a proponent of agentic coding and utilize it daily.

Nice to have

• You have experimented with agentic workflows and LLMs via pet projects;
• You are an active user of agentic AI for your daily tasks and excited about where things are going;
• You’ve looked into integrating with LLM APIs, used LangChain / LangGraph / similar frameworks, digged into RAG and prompt engineering fundamentals;
• You are curious about AI evaluation methodologies and gained some theoretical knowledge;
• You’ve implemented data pipelines (ETL, batch/stream processing).
