Dental Practice Patient Coordinator - Full Time in Atlanta, Georgia

Intown Smile Studio is now hiring a Full Time Dental Practice Patient Coordinator to join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.

Schedule

  • Tuesday - Thursday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Friday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet patients for positive first impressions
  • Patient check in/out
  • Coordinating patient payments
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Confirm appointments
  • Confirming patient information and gathering needed patient documentation

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years working front desk of a dental practice
  • Basic knowledge of Insurance, Managing PMS Schedules, Appointment Confirmations, Dental Terminology, etc.
  • Experience with Fee For Service dental practices/Out of Network Dental Insurance required
  • Experience Managing Patient Leads with High Conversion Rate
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Familiar with Managing Electronic Communications and Multiple Phone Lines
  • Excellent communication style, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Reliable and collaborative team member
  • Goal-oriented team player who takes initiative and is solution-driven
  • Ability to perform prolonged sitting and standing as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
