What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and evolve SPP’s brand strategy to align with business goals.
- Lead integrated brand campaigns across digital, print, social, and experiential channels.
- Own strategy and execution of internal and external brand events.
- Oversee brand merchandise collections for events and gifting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent storytelling.
- Manage marketing budget and report on campaign performance with analytics.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–6 direct reports.

- Experience in paid media and digital campaign execution.
- Strong B2B marketing background, especially in promotional products.
- Familiarity with eCommerce and full-funnel campaign strategies.
- Experience managing external agencies or vendor partners.
