Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and boost engagement.
  • Drive sales in furniture, technology, and supplies areas.
  • Set and achieve sales and margin goals with store leaders.
  • Ensure operational excellence and uphold store brand standards.
  • Support merchandising, signage, planograms, and stocking.
  • Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies.

Specific Duties

  • Engage with customers by offering tailored products and services.
  • Utilize all selling tools and techniques to anticipate customer needs.
  • Handle transactions using the POS system including shipping and marketing tools.
  • Calmly de-escalate complex customer situations or refer to a supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including demo units.

Qualifications

  • 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
