Job Overview
The Representative, Print Sales Support manages the intake and quoting of print business referrals submitted online, by Staples Canada store teams, and Staples Professional. This position drives revenue growth, improves operational efficiency, and enhances customer satisfaction through timely and professional support.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process print business referrals from retail, professional, and online channels.
- Prepare accurate quotes using approved tools and templates.
- Assess lead quality and determine appropriate routing.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and quoting systems.
- Identify and escalate issues impacting quoting or referral routing.
- Improve quoting workflows and reduce turnaround time.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as quoting volume and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- College diploma or equivalent experience in business or a related field.
- 1–3 years in customer service, sales support, or print industry roles.
- Experience with remote or distributed teams is an asset.
- Familiarity with CRM and quoting tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Additional certifications in sales operations, customer success, or print production are a plus.
