Overview

As the Manager, Digital Print Operations, you will lead the technical and design support backbone of Staples Canada's B2B print business. You are accountable for service delivery, execution, and continuous evolution of custom web-to-print storefronts and design coordination efforts supporting B2B and print membership programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead setup, configuration, and management of digital storefronts.
  • Oversee print production and design execution.
  • Coordinate internal and external design and application resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Operations, Sales, and vendors.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and evaluate insourcing vs outsourcing.
  • Manage SLAs, intake pipelines, and customer-facing execution.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, Digital Media, or related discipline.
  • Certifications in project management, UX/UI or Adobe tools are an asset.
  • Hands-on experience with digital production workflows and variable data platforms.
  • Technical fluency with FusionPro, Adobe Creative Suite, XMPie, AS400, and Salesforce.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital production, print program management, or enterprise e-commerce.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
