As a Team Leader, Technical Support, you will work in East Longmeadow, MA to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment while mentoring your team and ensuring excellence in every task.
What You’ll Do
- Perform electrical and mechanical installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Planner and Flow Line Manager to allocate resources.
- Train and mentor team members while developing technical competencies.
- Work with advanced trades mathematics, CNC equipment, measuring instruments, and software including PLC programming and VFD setup.
- Diagnose complex issues, perform emergency repairs, and conduct regular preventive maintenance.
Who You Are
You are quality-driven, eager to learn and grow, and have completed an accredited apprenticeship or a 2-year technical college education in electronics. You possess hands-on experience with both analog and digital systems and are trained in electrical safe work practices, specifically NFPA 70E.
