What You’ll Do

As a Team Leader, Technical Support at Stanley Black & Decker, based in East Longmeadow, MA, you will perform a full range of electrical and mechanical duties. Your tasks include installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and facility equipment using safety and predictive maintenance systems.

  • Coordinate with maintenance planners and flow line managers.
  • Train and mentor team members in technical competencies.
  • Utilize advanced trades mathematics, technical drawings, and precision instruments.
  • Operate CNC equipment and diagnostic tools like DMMs, oscilloscopes, and data loggers.
  • Conduct repair and preventive maintenance for production equipment and plant facilities.

Qualifications

Applicants should have an accredited apprenticeship or equivalent 2-year technical college education in electronics (both analog and digital) and training in electrical safe work practices with emphasis on NFPA 70E.
