Overview

As a Sr. Product Manager - AI & LLM at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., you will lead the development and growth of AI and large language model products. This role is remote and involves collaborating with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver innovative AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers, end-users, and stakeholders to gather detailed product requirements.
  • Translate product goals into actionable epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize work based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Develop release plans that minimize disruptions and maximize product value.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years in SaaS product management.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or deploying LLMs in production.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including GPT, BERT, Llama.
  • Familiarity with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
  • Proven track record launching and iterating products.
