Overview
The Sr. Brand Manager, DEWALT NA Outdoor at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is responsible for planning, developing, and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies for North America Outdoor business units. This role supports new product launches, marketing campaigns, creative media strategies and much more.
The Job
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Global Brand, Digital Marketing, and creative teams.
- Manage brand budgets and monitor spending through monthly trackers.
- Partner with insights and creative teams to drive end-user campaigns.
- Engage with Sales, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, and Shopper Marketing teams.
The Person
Applicants should have 5+ years of in-house brand marketing experience in large organizations, a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, and proven expertise in campaign development, content strategy, and budget management. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.
