Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative - 1 Year Contract
Stanley Black & Decker Canada is seeking a dedicated Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative for a 1-year contract position. You will be an integral part of a Canadian-based team, reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor. Your primary role will be to provide a high level of service to customers and account executives, managing daily business activities and handling distributor calls and inquiries.

What You Will Do:
- Process transactions and various inquiries using Outlook, SAP, and Esker.
- Receive and respond to distributor calls and occasional end-user inquiries.
- Provide reliable information to internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with functional groups to proactively eliminate errors and inefficiencies in the order process.
Who You Are:
- Possess a College or University diploma/degree.
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken (a strong asset).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment while remaining composed and flexible.
- Proficient in oral and written communication with sales personnel and distributors.
- Strong keyboard and data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
- A true team player, capable of working effectively within a large team.
- Dependable, decisive, and able to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to assist other associates.
- Ability to rapidly learn marketing programs, product knowledge, and company policies.
