Role Overview
As an Oracle Cloud Reports Developer, you will join the dynamic Data Analytics & Reporting team. Your deep expertise in Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Data Intelligence will be instrumental in designing and developing scalable, secure, and user-friendly reporting solutions that support enterprise decision-making.
Core Duties
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Data Intelligence.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into technical specifications.
- Build custom data models, subject areas, and data visualizations for self-service analytics.
- Optimize report performance and troubleshoot data accuracy and integration issues.
- Assist in data validation, system testing, and end-user documentation.
- Support data governance and promote best practices for secure reporting.
Qualifications
Required hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Data Intelligence, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with Oracle Cloud subject areas and metadata layers; excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree and seven years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
- 3+ years of working experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (HCM, EBS is a must).
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle databases and applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Fusion Data Intelligence / Fusion Analytics Warehouse implementation.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, OData connectors, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, update cycles, and Agile methodologies.
- Oracle Cloud certification(s) in reporting, analytics, or related areas.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected pay range for this position is $152,535 to $168,000 per annum. Stanford University provides a comprehensive rewards package including extensive benefits, detailed on the Cardinal at Work website.
