Requirements
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum six months in a customer-facing role.
- Retail Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with computers, smartphones, and tablets.
- Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of building materials, construction, or home improvement.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand long periods and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Communication Skills: Clear, concise customer communication.
