About the role

Job Summary

Subject matter exposure of FXO products in terms of product characteristics, risk, market data and P&L. Work with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions to improve client experience and generate additional revenue. Provide day-to-day support to both Trading and Sales activities. Perform relationship management functions including day-to-day support. Work with regional and global teams to facilitate a “follow the sun” support model. Work with the COO business and technology/project teams on new product offerings. Support, manage and execute regional/global initiatives. General communication with Counter parties, IT Support, Credit, Operations, Front Office, Legal and Product Controllers. Adherence to key processes and control requirements. Provide Business Continuity Planning and support.

Strategy

New business enablement and solutions, partner to deliver strategic FXO initiatives. Constantly seek opportunities to improve global consistency, work closely across functions and other regions to close gaps and standardise processes. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to solve immediate day to day issues with transactions as well as understand their longer terms needs to shape business decisions in Middle Office. Build strong relationship with internal teams to facilitate efficient communications and speedy resolutions of issues.

Business

Understand the FXO products lifecycle from front to back and be the subject matter expert and key team member for the core systems processing. New business enablement and solutions, partner to deliver strategic FM initiatives. Engage with industry bodies and vendors to identify opportunities to enhances processes and systems and drive efficiency.

Recruitment Assessments

Expected annual base pay range for the role is 79,700 USD to 119,500 USD. The final offer will be determined on an individualised basis using a number of variables, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and education, internal relativity, and specific work location. At Standard Chartered Bank, Base pay is only part of the total compensation package.
