Job Summary
The key objective of the Client Solutions team is to create an unparalleled client experience across our footprint. This includes post sales, day-to-day servicing, implementation, local service management, client onboarding to digital channels, and support. The team acts as a conduit between Front Office and Operations ensuring a seamless handshake and streamlined day-to-day servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy: Ensure best in class services in a consistent manner, align with Sales and Product teams, manage query prioritisation, drive process improvements, and facilitate a “follow the sun” support model.
Business: Work with business teams to design product solutions, deliver enhanced client experience and revenue generation, conduct client reviews, and execute regional/global initiatives.
Processes: Oversee end to end client contact processes, represent the Voice of the Client, onboard clients to the Prime Services platform, resolve queries and escalations, and conduct portfolio analysis.
Risk Management: Maintain Group Risk Management standards, engage relevant teams on escalated risk items, log and resolve client complaints, and adhere to control requirements.
Governance & Regulatory: Communicate impact of financial regulation, provide business continuity, uphold Standard Chartered's Values and Code of Conduct and manage risk, conduct, and compliance matters.

Compensation
Expected annual base pay range is between 103,860 USD to 155,780 USD, with final offers based on individual skills, experience and location.
