About the role
Job Summary
The Product Manager will lead the strategic development, solutioning, and positioning of international solutions from GIFT City for both affluent clients onshore and offshore. This role involves driving the product strategy for inbound and outbound solutions across Funds, AIFs, Insurance, Fixed Income, Deposits, and Structured Products, with full P&L ownership.
Strategy
Develop and execute the strategic direction for international solutions originating from GIFT City. Position these solutions effectively for affluent clients, both domestically and internationally. Own the P&L for these product lines.
Business
- Drive product strategy across Funds, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, Fixed Income, Deposits, and Structured Products.
- Conduct in-depth market and economic trend analysis to structure wealth and deposit solutions for offshore affluent clients (inbound) and resident clients (outbound).
- Collaborate with country and group product teams (MI, CMPS, Equity, Bancassurance) for comprehensive client solutions.
- Manage partner agreements and engagements from GIFT City, optimizing cost structures.
Processes
Ensure the appropriateness and compliance of all solutions with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Implement systems and operational processes to effectively measure and manage KPIs and profitability.
People & Talent
Collaborate with frontline staff (specialists, RMs) and support functions to deliver effective client solutions and expand the international solutions proposition.
Risk Management
Timely identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with the international solution business. Ensure adherence to Group Risk policies.
