Headquartered in NYC, west of SoHo, Stainless currently boasts a team of approximately 60 individuals, with plans to double in size over the next 9 to 12 months.

About The Product Manager Role

Stainless is seeking its inaugural Product Manager to thoughtfully scale the product. With a robust technical foundation and proven customer traction, this role involves working directly with the founder and engineering team to define the product roadmap, development processes, and timelines. Who You Are

  • Possess a software engineering background with a strong technical grasp of APIs, architecture, and developer workflows.
  • Demonstrate clear, structured thinking and exceptional communication abilities.
  • Have a proven entrepreneurial spirit or experience initiating projects (business, club, non-profit, student org).
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to build and innovate from the ground up.

Benefits

Stainless offers a competitive salary and generous equity grants. Employees receive excellent healthcare coverage options, including fully covered platinum plans, and paid commuter benefits. Team lunches/meals are provided on workdays. The company promotes work-life balance with flexible PTO, plus three weeks of company-wide vacation annually (two weeks in December, one in late summer).
