About Weidmüller Finland and the Role
We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Area Sales Manager for our client, Weidmüller Finland, to cover the Southern Finland market area. You will join an agile and respected German family company, renowned for its electrical connection technology. Finnish companies have trusted Weidmüller products for decades.
In this role, you will be comprehensively responsible for sales in your area, ranging from active new customer acquisition to developing existing client relationships and deepening partnerships. You will grow the customer base long-term while strengthening the company's market position in Southern Finland.
You will excel in this role if you have a background in electrical or automation technology and understand the application areas of the company's product range. You are a sales and customer work professional who approaches tasks with a target-driven mindset and quickly assimilates new information. Above all, we value the right attitude and a strong will to achieve results in sales.

- Work experience in similar sales roles
- Ability and, above all, enthusiasm for independent and proactive work
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent Finnish and English language skills
- Experience in using CRM systems in sales work is considered an advantage
