At Staffline Solutions, we believe strong data systems power strong decisions. This Data Engineering Intern opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build, strengthen, or transition into data engineering skills by working on real-world data pipelines and infrastructure challenges.
What You’ll Learn & Work On
As part of this Data Engineering Intern role, you will:
- Understand the end-to-end data lifecycle, from ingestion to consumption.
- Build and maintain data pipelines using Python and SQL.
- Work with ETL / ELT processes to move and transform data efficiently.
- Learn data modelling and database design including relational and basic NoSQL concepts.
- Gain exposure to cloud-based data platforms and storage solutions.
- Work with tools such as Apache Airflow, basic Spark, and data warehouses.
- Implement data quality, validation, and monitoring practices.
- Collaborate with mentors on real business use cases for analytics and data science teams.
Who This Is For
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are curious about how data flows behind the scenes, interested in backend systems, databases, and large-scale data handling. Candidates from Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Data Science backgrounds, as well as professionals looking to transition into Data Engineering, are encouraged to apply. Prior Data Engineering experience is not required.
