About the role
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an Operations Analyst to join a collaborative, close-knit team responsible for maintaining accurate dealership and lender relationships This role plays a key part in ensuring dealership information is accurately matched between our client and lender-provided files while identifying, investigating, and resolving data discrepancies.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, is highly detail-oriented, learns new systems quickly, and thrives in a team-focused environment. While previous experience with similar responsibilities is beneficial, the processes can be taught to the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Match dealership records within our client to lender-provided files using internal tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Review, validate, and maintain dealership and lender relationship data for accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and operational issues.
- Communicate errors and necessary corrections with finance source partners.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of daily operational tasks.
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes and data quality.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and internal systems to support daily data management activities.
Qualifications
Required
- 1–2 years of experience in an operations, administrative, data entry, banking, financial services, or analytical role.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, formulas, and data review.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience working with data validation, record management, or operational processes.
