Role
Own the demand engine from the ground up. As the Demand Generation Manager, you will take direct ownership of pipeline targets, design and scale demand across demo-driven and PLG motions, and convert GTM strategy into measurable growth. Work closely with the CEO, Product Marketing, and Sales in one of the fastest-moving areas of B2B AI — agentic integrations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own demand generation programs tied to defined pipeline targets.
- Plan and execute campaigns across paid, ABM, email, webinars, and lifecycle channels.
- Drive demo requests and PLG signups as core success metrics.
- Test and scale core channels before expanding further.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to activate content in campaigns.
- Partner with Sales to score, route, and convert accounts into the pipeline.
- Track and report on funnel performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Design multi-channel ABM programs and PLG growth campaigns.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.
- Proven experience owning pipeline targets.
- Hands-on execution of campaigns with direct implementation.
- Strong analytical mindset with CRM and marketing automation fluency.
- Curiosity for technical products and developer-adjacent audiences.
- Experience with PLG motions alongside sales-led growth.
- Familiarity with ABM tooling and modern GTM stacks.
- Preferred exposure to AI/agentic platforms and iPaaS.

Compensation
This role offers an annual salary in the range of $140K - $160K.
