About the Role

StackAdapt is the leading technology company empowering marketers to reach, engage, and convert audiences with precision using AI-powered campaign optimization. As a Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist, you will manage programmatic advertising campaigns, collaborating with Client Services and reporting to the Manager of Ad Operations. This role is remote-first and open to candidates located in PST or MST time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Client Services for campaign trafficking and modifications.
  • Create and deliver pixel-based data capturing systems.
  • QA campaign assets, pixels, and campaigns before launch.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and support process improvements.
  • Establish best practices and techniques to drive successful campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital advertising or programmatic ad operations.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing campaigns from day one.
  • Experience with real time bidding, DSPs, and programmatic environments.
  • Familiarity with DV360, Meta, or Amazon is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Suite.
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts and digital sales landscapes.
  • Bonus: Experience in email marketing campaigns is a plus.

Interview Process
