About the Role

As a Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist, you will manage programmatic advertising campaigns, collaborating with Client Services and reporting to the Manager of Ad Operations. This role is remote-first and open to candidates located in PST or MST time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Client Services for campaign trafficking and modifications.
- Create and deliver pixel-based data capturing systems.
- QA campaign assets, pixels, and campaigns before launch.
- Identify optimization opportunities and support process improvements.
- Establish best practices and techniques to drive successful campaigns.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in digital advertising or programmatic ad operations.
- Hands-on expertise in managing campaigns from day one.
- Experience with real time bidding, DSPs, and programmatic environments.
- Familiarity with DV360, Meta, or Amazon is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Suite.
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts and digital sales landscapes.
- Bonus: Experience in email marketing campaigns is a plus.
