As a Product Designer on the StackAdapt Design team, you will collaborate to research, design, launch, and iterate solutions that delight our users. You'll leverage your experience in delivering sleek, lovable, and successful digital products, bringing a positive and resilient attitude that thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and self-driven environment. Your bias for informed action will ensure we build the right solutions for our customers.

What You'll Be Doing
- Fully own your product designs end-to-end, solving complex user problems with delightful solutions.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, translating them into strong user experiences.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to continually test, iterate, and improve design ideas.
- Produce wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and other collateral to drive product development.
- Become an expert in ad-tech and programmatic media buying, understanding the competitive landscape and market needs in relation to StackAdapt's product.
- Provide constructive design feedback to other Product Designers across the team.
What You'll Bring To The Table
- Several years of end-to-end experience as a Product Designer, encompassing UX, UI, and everything in between.
- Knowledge of front-end programming technologies.
- A stunning portfolio showcasing a profound understanding of user problems, the ability to deduce elegant solutions from complexity, and strong storytelling skills from low-fidelity sketches to detailed designs.
- Crisp, clear, and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with an awareness of your audience.
- Proven experience delivering complex software designs and the ability to articulate their successes.
- An embrace of feedback from your team, with a continuous desire to improve your craft.
- An in-depth understanding of design thinking, usability heuristics, inclusive design, design systems, and visual design skills (information design, typography, color, etc.).
- Significant experience with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch & InVision.
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo and Fullstory is considered an asset.
- Empathy for all stakeholders, coupled with the ability to tactfully defend your design decisions and processes.
