About the Role: Growth Marketing Manager Integrated Campaigns & Webinars
This role is hands-on, collaborative, and data-driven. You will lead integrated marketing campaigns and manage StackAdapt’s webinar program to drive pipeline, awareness, and lead generation. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns supporting pipeline growth, product launches, and awareness initiatives.
- Translate audience insights into campaign briefs, creative assets, and plans.
- Lead kickoff meetings, manage project timelines, and ensure deliverables from content, design, and digital teams.
- Coordinate with PMM, Content, Digital, and Marketing Operations to optimize campaign execution and reporting.
- Webinars: Own end-to-end webinar execution from content creation to live delivery and follow-up.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and SMEs to develop engaging webinar content and promotional plans.
- Manage logistics, including setup, dry-runs, and live event operations while ensuring QA.
- Analyze webinar performance with actionable insights for improvement.
- G2 Program & Social Proof: Support quarterly G2 review collection and asset amplification efforts.
- Maintain profile hygiene and contribute to data-driven campaign insights.
- Performance Measurement: Track key campaign KPIs and deliver post-campaign analyses with optimization recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all channel leads and act as the point-of-contact for campaign and webinar execution alignment.
- Ownership & Growth: Manage execution-level decisions and contribute to process improvement documentation.
What You Bring
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in AdTech, SaaS, or Martech. Experience in end-to-end integrated campaigns, webinar management using platforms like BigMarker or ON24, strong project management skills, and the ability to balance strategy with execution.
