  • Compliance Audits: Design, execute, and manage an end-to-end internal compliance audit schedule across all business functions and operational areas.
  • Risk Assessments: Conduct proactive risk assessments to identify potential control gaps, weaknesses, and emerging compliance risks. Analyze findings to quantify potential exposure and recommend strategic safeguards to mitigate adverse outcomes.
  • Remediation & Monitoring: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive, real-time compliance dashboards and key performance indicators. Utilize data gathered from monitoring activities to inform and prioritize ongoing compliance program enhancements.
  • Training & Culture: Develop and update annual compliance training modules, informed by regulatory changes, audit findings, new business lines, and employee feedback, to maintain an effective and relevant program and foster a company culture of integrity and accountability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proactively build, cultivate, and maintain productive, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across all functional areas, including Legal, Finance, People, Talent Engineering, and Revenue.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of experience in compliance, trust & safety or legal.
  • Employment operations / compliance experience required.
  • Experience in AdTech or Fintech is highly preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with established regulatory/compliance programs and processes.
  • Outstanding communication skills – including written and verbal communications, interpersonal, analytical, negotiating and problem-solving skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to communicate firm compliance boundaries to stakeholders while maintaining positive, solution-oriented relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage tasks to completion, meet deadlines, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Familiarity with control testing methodologies and evidence collection.
  • Experience supporting process improvements, coordinating projects, and assisting with change management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to enhance audit, risk, or compliance processes preferred.
  • Ability to make effective and independent judgments, including the ability to develop creative solutions to difficult problems.
  • Ability to communicate firm compliance boundaries to stakeholders while maintaining positive, solution-oriented relationships.
