Social Marketing Manager at Stability AI
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly engaged Social Marketing Manager to establish Stability AI’s presence across our priority social platforms. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategy, publishing, and moderation across our company and select executive accounts. You will significantly influence Stability AI's online persona, playing a key role in building awareness, engagement, and advocacy among enterprise audiences and the influential voices that guide their decision-making. While your primary focus will be on reaching enterprise buyers of generative AI products and services, your content must be human, informative, and creatively engaging to effectively stand out on crowded platforms.
You will work across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Reddit, and other relevant channels, developing platform-specific and multi-format content. This role involves close collaboration with content, creative, product marketing, communications, demand generation teams, and external vendors to translate our company and product narratives into compelling social content. This content will add significant value for our audiences and contribute to shaping the future of creative production.

What You'll Do
- Own the global social strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and advocacy across priority platforms, specifically targeting enterprise audiences and the creators, experts, and cultural voices who influence them.
- Manage content calendar, publishing, and moderation: Plan posting schedules and effectively execute publishing and moderation across the company's official and select executive accounts.
- Collaborate across teams to build integrated programs: Work closely with content, creative, product marketing, comms, demand gen, and external vendors to ensure social strategy aligns seamlessly with broader business objectives, priority audiences, and key marketing moments.
- Monitor Online Conversation About Our Brand, Executives, And Market: Actively track social listening to identify sentiment, uncover actionable insights, and pinpoint opportunities for timely participation, customer signal analysis, and escalation when necessary.
- Measure and optimize performance: Utilize analytics tools to analyze performance metrics, refine existing strategies, and provide clear, concise reporting to leadership and cross-functional partners, connecting social results directly to broader business objectives.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and influential voices in generative AI: Continuously track platform updates, market shifts, and top creators across focus verticals to identify opportunities to evolve content, participate in relevant discussions, and partner with creators who influence our target audiences.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience managing social media for a B2B or SaaS brand, with a strong focus on enterprise audiences, ideally within the technology, creative tooling, or entertainment industries.
- Deep understanding of social platforms and their unique ecosystems, demonstrating the ability to tailor messages and formats effectively to each channel, audience, and moment.
- Proven experience creating and managing integrated multi-channel campaigns that successfully build awareness and engagement.
- Strong understanding of creators across focus verticals and how they can significantly shape top-funnel awareness.
- Ability to perform lightweight content editing natively within various social platforms.
- Strong creative instincts coupled with the ability to develop effective creative briefs and collaborate productively with creative teams to produce high-impact social content.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the capacity to distill complex ideas into accessible and human-centered content.
- Extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to manage the end-to-end production process of social content from conception to publication.
- A data-driven mindset, comfortable using analytics to evaluate performance, uncover crucial insights, and continuously refine strategy.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally.
- Deep curiosity about generative AI, actively experimenting with new tools and workflows in the space.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a 'get things done' attitude and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
- Experience in the visual media or creative tools ecosystem is a significant plus.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is between $105,000 and $150,000 USD. Individual pay within the range is based on factors like job-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes stock options and benefits.
