Job Description
Executive Assistant to the General Manager
St Vincent’s Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Executive Assistant to support their General Manager/Director of Clinical Services (GM/DCS) at the Fitzroy campus and associated departments. This role requires high-level administrative support, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a professional attitude and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective management of the GM/DCS’s diary, movements, and activities.
- Coordination of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the GM/DCS’s office.
- Management of meeting requirements, including preparing agendas, packs, associated documents, and minuting.
- Monitoring of emails and ensuring action items are followed up appropriately.
- Providing support to the Fitzroy leadership team as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to anticipate the needs of the GM/DCS.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of the health industry is desirable but not essential.
