About The Role: Administration Assistant
The Administration Assistant will work in conjunction with the Manager, Access & Linkage Coordinator, and the Partner Provider team to facilitate day-to-day operations. In collaboration with the Clinicians on the team, you will contribute to the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of service databases, reporting tools, and client registration.
This is a permanent, part-time position, requiring 15.2 hours per week, offering excellent benefits including salary packaging, a friendly and supportive team environment, and the opportunity to work for one of Australia’s leading hospital groups. The classification for this position will be YC89 ($72,269 per annum pro rata).
Position Duties
- Provide administrative support to the PPI around client registration and data entry in appropriate databases.
- Compile and coordinate reports for the HC central coordinating body, DoAM, and the Hospital as required.
- Utilise and contribute to the maintenance of databases associated with the PPI.
- Participate in the quality improvement program operating within the PPI program.
- Ensure that key performance indicators are adhered to.
- Ensure that legislative, statistical, and documentation requirements are adhered to.
Your Contribution
We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in administrative support, possessing the following skills and experiences:
- Knowledge, experience, and ability in the provision of Excel, Access databases, RedCap, and client management systems.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to determine workload priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the maintenance of office systems.
- Experience in working with medical records or the ability to learn within a reasonable timeframe.
- Knowledge, experience, and ability to provide a broad range of administrative and advanced level keyboard support functions, including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Familiarity with online survey programs such as Survey Monkey/Method.
- Current National criminal history check, or willingness to obtain.
