About the Administration Officer Role
Your role at St John of God Richmond is to provide administrative support across various departments including Reception, Medical Centre, and the Counselling & Therapy Centre.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Manage clerical and reception functions including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and taking messages.
- Follow up with proposed clients and track patient waitlists.
- Compile and maintain medical records ensuring confidentiality and statutory compliance.
- Process referral acknowledgements and communicate outcomes to VMOs.
Requirements
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Experience in providing administrative support to diverse teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
- Sound computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office suite and other software programs.
What We Offer
This casual position offers a salary of $43.56 to $44.48 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) plus 12% Superannuation.
