Role Overview

The Presales & AI Solutions Architect role bridges AI innovation with client engagement. You will combine presales activities such as understanding customer challenges, developing proposals, and showcasing AI capabilities with technical expertise to drive prototyping of AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • AI Prototyping & Exploration: Translate client challenges into technical hypotheses and conceptual AI architectures.
  • Develop rapid prototypes and demos using modern AI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, vector databases, etc.).
  • Benchmark various LLMs and conduct A/B testing for optimized solutions.
  • Design data pipelines, integrate various data sources, and engineer agentic workflows.
  • Document design decisions, experiment results and transition prototypes into scalable solutions.

Presales & Client Engagement

  • Engage with clients to uncover pain points and convert into AI use cases.
  • Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and develop proposals and demos.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong technical grounding in LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI with relevant project experience.
  • Proven client-facing experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical evangelism.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business propositions.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with current AI prototyping tools, Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms.
