Human Resources Coordinator - Airport Environment

Join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator supporting the team in a dynamic airport environment!

Compensation: $28.00 / hour

Hiring Immediately

Employment Type: Full Time

Your Impact as HR Coordinator

  • Own the onboarding process from offer to first day.
  • Manage new hire paperwork and HRIS system (SuccessFactors).
  • Schedule and conduct candidate interviews.
  • Track employee attendance and assist with scheduling.
  • Help employees secure airport badges and parking access.
  • Be the go-to support for managers on HR tasks and systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bonus points for experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or union environment.
