The Hilton Garden Inn Arlington is seeking a dynamic Sr. Sales Manager to drive the hotel's market share and revenue performance.
Responsibilities
- Solicit and secure new accounts to boost hotel performance
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to achieve revenue goals
- Monitor referrals and profile accounts effectively
- Utilize professional selling skills from opening to closing
- Employ industry tools including computers, CRM (Salesforce), databases, and property management systems
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in hospitality sales
- At least three years in a property sales role
- Experience with Hilton systems (R&I, PEP, OnQ)
- Proven track record in group sales production
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think outside the box
