Job Overview - Technical Program Manager
This role is based in the Toronto office (30 Adelaide St.) and follows a hybrid work model. As a Technical Program Manager at SS&C Technologies, you will manage, plan, and execute waterfall and agile workstreams for Technology Infrastructure strategic deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Manage and plan technology projects using waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Build cross-functional relationships with IT units, business stakeholders, and vendors.
- Oversee strategic migration to a private cloud for critical workflows.
- Develop detailed schedules, track early warning indicators, and resolve risks.
- Prepare and present project communications to Senior Director, VP, and CIO levels.
- Promote agile enablement and initiate process improvements aligned with cloud strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of combined Project Management and Scrum Master experience.
- 5+ years in Agile Project Management or Senior Scrum Master roles.
- Strong technical background with experience in SDLC, change and risk management.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint plus relevant certifications (CSM, PMP, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
