Role Overview

The ideal Junior Automation Developer will possess a strong foundation in Python programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, and project structuring. This role involves developing and supporting Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation (RPA) processes using high-quality Python applications, leveraging modern frameworks and libraries.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

  • Python Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python 3.x, with a deep understanding of OOP principles, effective project structuring, and asynchronous programming.
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues within Python applications.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication abilities and a collaborative team-player mindset.

Good to Have Skills

  • Blue Prism Development: Experience with the Blue Prism RPA platform.
  • Cloud & Deployment: Familiarity with leading cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and containerization using Docker.
  • Data Preprocessing: Knowledge of techniques for preparing and cleaning data.
  • Backend Development: Exposure to modern backend frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or FastAPI.
