Role Overview: Client Administration Associate - Private Insurance
This role is designed to support Private Placement Life Insurance product structures by maintaining high-quality client service functions including monetary and clerical transactions, distribution of private placement memorandum supplements, FinCen reviews, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute monetary and clerical functions per client instructions
- Respond to client requests via oral and written communication
- Maintain data on the administration system and client documentation
- Handle bulk mailings including PPM supplements and notifications
- Conduct quality control audits on processed work items
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field (preferred)
- 2-4 years experience in insurance, financial services, or investment environments
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
