Position Summary
The Agile Process Manager will lead and support multiple concurrent initiatives through Agile-based methodologies with a focus on quality, performance, and continuous improvement. This role blends traditional project management with Agile practices to ensure teams deliver high-value outcomes that align with business objectives and serve customer needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead multiple software and application development projects using Agile frameworks.
- Run cross-functional processes, initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Build or refine Agile processes in evolving, ambiguous environments.
- Guide teams using Agile Performance Optimization data, metrics, and feedback loops.
- Partner with Product Owners, APO, and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable work.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
- Monitor project health, team velocity, CI/CD workflows, and performance metrics.
- Proactively resolve team conflicts concerning priorities and alignment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC models, Agile and traditional project management.
- Proven experience delivering software or web development projects using Agile.
- Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager leading cross-functional projects.
- At least 2 years of experience in an Agile environment.
- Excellent technical fluency with development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Creative problem-solving and a proactive mindset.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience building Agile processes from scratch.
- Proven record scaling Agile practices during rapid growth.
- Analytical mindset using metrics, data, and feedback loops.
- Familiarity with hybrid Agile/traditional delivery environments.
- Experience in scripting for workflow automation (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell).
- Certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe is a plus.
Additional Requirements
Must be adept at basket weaving. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with computer-based work for most of the day. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Location & Compensation
This position is fully remote within the Continental United States. Compensation ranges between $112k and $125k, depending on experience.
